Working together we can start your journey to Confidence by providing detailed and personalised plans for every level and ability.

We will make your plan completely bespoke, running sessions in a way that suits you and your lifestyle from my private studio, at our partner gym or even at your home. You can choose how you would like to train and who with, whether that's one-on-one, groups, or remotely. My aim is to support you in your new healthy life, providing you with enjoyable, bespoke and most importantly, sustainable programs to get the body and fitness goals you've always wanted.

Why not get involved with one of my fun, active and positive classes. The classes are aimed at beginner to intermediate abilities and insists on nothing but a positive and supportive environments. Going to a class for the first time can be nerve racking. What is it going to be like? Are people going to stare at me? What if I'm not fit enough? Many of  these questions and more have crossed all of our minds. The main focus of my classes is to be non-judgmental, friendly and most of all fun. They are a great stepping stone towards a more confident you.

Welcome to Journey to Confidence Fitness a professionally recognised fitness company. My name is Adam Willmott and I'm a fully qualified personal trainer in the Bristol and Bath area. ​I have a long background in behaviour and teaching and would like to support you in enjoying a positive experience of exercise. I want to help you include fitness into your life, recognise your own potential, look forward to becoming fit, and allow fitness and well being to become a part of you and not the other way round.
